Rental homes across Tennessee, owner-operated since 1987.
Phoenix Unlimited acquires, rehabilitates, and manages residential property. Every home is brought back to standard by the owner before a tenant moves in.
About Phoenix Unlimited
Joseph Smith Jr. founded Phoenix Unlimited in 1987 and has operated it continuously ever since. Nearly four decades on, the model has not changed: acquire residential property, rehabilitate it to a livable standard, and hold it as long-term rental housing for Tennessee families.
Rehabilitation is handled directly by the owner rather than contracted out, which keeps cost and quality under one roof. Repairs, applications, and tenant questions run through the same office.
A selection of the portfolio appears here. Full holdings and operating history are available on request.
